Best laid plans

I had just been about to leave the office, when I received a phone call informing me that the make I have been looking for this week was drinking on the Mount.

This male is named as a suspect for crime and ASB committed on the Mount and Billington Mews and I will now be going to court tomorrow to apply for a Criminal Behaviour Order at court for him tomorrow. Hopefully I will secure this CBO for him and he will be banned from Acton.

This is my first attempt at applying for a CBO and if successful I plan to then use the same process for the other problematic drinkers and users.
